Kevin G. Caslin has been practicing law in the Capital region since 1988, having graduated from Albany Law School in the Class of 1987. Although he has over 35 years of experience practicing law, his experience in the real estate field is more than 40 years. Kevin started working at a local title insurance company when he was a senior in high school and worked there all throughout college and law school.

Upon graduating from law school, Kevin clerked and then became an associate attorney with a large law firm, where his responsibilities ran the gamut, from litigation to real estate and estate planning. He eventually rose to the level of the senior associate of the general practice department of that firm's Schenectady office.

Seeking the more personal and less business-oriented side of the practice, Kevin eventually left that firm and went on to work with E. Gray Watkins from 1992 until he opened his own practice in 2012. The approach of putting the client first and providing all necessary information, advice, and advocacy with the accent on personal attention was appealing to Kevin because he understood how valuable it would be to his clients.

Kevin is currently an agent for Stewart Title Insurance Company and continues to represent buyers and sellers of real estate, people seeking estate planning or needing counsel and legal services for estate administration and other matters undertaken by a general practice law firm.

Kevin has a staff of four which includes receptionist Crystal Knickerbocker, office administrator Renee Prouty, who also handles estate planning, legal assistant Beth Martin who handles real estate closings, and legal assistant Ashley Gilgallon who handles estate administration.
